The AUTOLAB.BG website is an electronic portal that establishes a connection between a supplier and a consumer based on a market economy and enables the conclusion of commercial transactions remotely or on site at the supplier. The electronic store operates under the rules of the current laws on commercial relations between a trader and a consumer and does not violate the rights of the parties in any way.
The site provides customers with information about the offered goods, the price including VAT for 1 item, availability and the possibility of information by e-mail or telephone during working hours:

The order of goods through the site is a confirmation of the user's desire to be bound by the force of a contract between him and Trans Electronics Trading Ltd. In order for the order to be accepted for execution, the user must fill in the fields for delivery data, invoice data, if the issuance of one is required, and the data must be reliable and complete. Otherwise, the order will not be fulfilled and will be considered a malicious attempt by the user, who does not bind the supplier to actions to fulfill the request.
Requests that have been received on the site by 3:00 PM, if the items are in stock, are processed the same day, and those after this time remain for execution on the next business day.
THE PRICES OF ITEMS, AS WELL AS THEIR DELIVERY COSTS, WHICH ARE NOT AVAILABLE AT THE TIME OF THE REQUEST ARE INDICATIVE AND MAY BE CHANGED AFTER AN AGREEMENT BETWEEN THE SUPPLIER AND THE CUSTOMER.
THE PRICE OF DELIVERY OF OUT OF STOCK ITEMS WHICH ARE NOT AVAILABLE AT THE TIME OF ORDER MAY ALSO BE THE SUBJECT OF AN ADDITIONAL AGREEMENT BETWEEN THE SUPPLIER AND THE CUSTOMER.
The price of the goods announced on the site does not include the costs of delivery to the consumer. These costs or the so-called "delivery cost" are added to the price of the goods and are paid by the consumer at the time of receipt of the shipment.
The shipping cost of available items is calculated automatically before sending the order and is visible to our customers on the cart page. The delivery price may change depending on the volume, weight and type of goods, as well as the location of the consumer's place of residence, upon explicit consent from the consumer after prior notification by us.
The delivery price is preferential for our customers. You can find out its exact value without preferences from the rates of the courier company Speedy. In case there is a change in the value in the basket of our web store, it is additionally agreed upon by phone with the customer!
The value of the delivery includes an insurance amount. If damaged packaging, mechanical breakage or other similar problem occurs during transportation, the consumer is obliged, after payment, to open the shipment and check the contents in the presence of the carrier and, in the event of a problem, to request from him the preparation of a report of findings for payment of the damage.
All shipments, except those paid in advance by card payment, are sent by cash on delivery by Trans Electronics Trading Ltd. and are sent with the Postal Money Order service!
In the case of a distance selling contract (online orders), the consumer has the right to withdraw from the contract pursuant to Directive 2011/83/EU of the Consumer Protection Act within 14 days from the day of receiving the goods as the costs of returning the goods are at the expense of the consumer. The goods must be returned in their original, unopened, undamaged packaging, unused and accompanied by the postal money order receipt.
The amount paid by the consumer for the goods is returned by bank transfer to the consumer's respective bank account, unless the supplier may refuse to refund the amount paid to the consumer when the returned goods have not been stored and kept in good faith in accordance with Article 55, paragraph 7 of the Consumer Protection Act (damaged packaging, used, poor appearance, etc.).
Trans Electronics Trading Ltd. is not responsible for the lack of stock for the offered goods or the Supplier's inability to deliver the goods immediately.
