LUMINUS LS Wheel 30ml

LUMINUS LS Wheel 30ml is a specially premium developed SiO₂-based ceramic coating designed for protecting alloy, painted, lacquered, and powder-coated wheels. Its advanced formula creates a durable protective layer with excellent temperature and chemical resistance, shielding the surface from aggressive contaminants such as brake dust, road salt, dirt, and strong cleaning chemicals.

Thanks to its powerful hydrophobic effect, water and contaminants are repelled more easily, significantly reducing brake dust buildup and making regular maintenance faster and easier. The coating enhances the visual finish of the wheels by adding deeper gloss and creating a smoother, protected surface.

LUMINUS LS Wheel 30ml is suitable for alloy wheels, forged wheels, painted and powder-coated surfaces, as well as brake calipers when properly prepared. One 30 ml bottle is enough to coat approximately 2–4 sets of wheels, depending on wheel size, design, and application method.

When the surface is properly prepared and the coating is applied according to the instructions, LUMINUS LS Wheel provides long-lasting protection for approximately 12–24 months. Actual durability may vary depending on driving conditions, washing methods, and vehicle maintenance.

How to Use LUMINUS LS Wheel 30ml

1. Prepare the wheels
Thoroughly clean the wheels to remove brake dust, dirt, grease, and previous protection products. For best results, use a wheel cleaner and iron remover, then rinse and dry the wheels completely. The surface must be clean, dry, and free from contaminants before application.

2. Decontaminate and inspect the surface
If necessary, clay or polish the wheels to remove embedded contaminants and ensure a smooth surface. Avoid applying the coating on hot wheels or in direct sunlight.

3. Apply the coating
Apply a few drops of LUMINUS LS Wheel onto an applicator pad or suede cloth. Spread a thin and even layer over one wheel section at a time, ensuring complete coverage. Avoid applying excessive product, as a thin layer provides the best results.

4. Allow bonding time
Let the coating bond to the surface for approximately 30–120 seconds (depending on temperature and humidity). When the surface begins to show signs of flashing, gently level the coating with a clean microfiber towel.

5. Curing process
After application, keep the wheels dry and protected from water, dust, and contaminants for at least 12–24 hours to allow proper curing. Avoid using aggressive wheel cleaners during the initial curing period.

Maintenance:
Use pH-neutral car shampoo and avoid harsh acidic or alkaline cleaners to maximize the durability and hydrophobic performance of the coating. With proper maintenance, LUMINUS LS Wheel can provide approximately 12–24 months of protection.
